Blake Shelton celebrated his 40th birthday this past Saturday, and he celebrated with a show in Colorado. Blake wasn’t alone though, his girlfriend Gwen Stefani was with him, and Blake decided to bring her up on stage to sing. After they performed, Gwen couldn’t hold back her love, I mean why would she?! And she kissed Blake in public for the very first time. After the kiss, Blake was GIDDY and asked the crowd “How do you follow that”
