Luke Bryan recently celebrated his 40th birthday, and the on the ACTUAL day he was performing in Main and his wife Caroline enlisted the help of a local bakery to build him a special cake! It’s actually pretty hilarious; a cardboard Luke is popping out of the cake dressed as a Chippendale dancer. Caroline, and Luke’s tour mates Dustin Lynch and Little Big Town stormed the stage to surprise Luke with the cake!
