O’Charley’s has committed to hosting a series of free online concerts to benefit The Folded Flag Foundation as part of their larger “Hometown Heroes” philanthropic endeavors.
The Folded Flag Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization that provides educational scholarships and support grants to the spouses and children of the U.S. military and government personnel who died as a result of hostile action or in an accident related to U.S. combat operations. To learn more about the Folded Flag Foundation, visit FoldedFlagFoundation.org.
The next hour-long concert will feature platinum-selling artist Russell Dickerson, Liz Rose, Jordan Reynolds and Phil Barton on October 27 at 8:00 PM Eastern/7:00 Central. Watch it at SongwritersCafe.com.
While the performance is free to watch, you are encouraged to make a donation through the Donate button, via text by texting FFF to 76278 or by going to FoldedFlagFoundation.org/donate. All proceeds will go directly to support the families of our fallen heroes.
“It’s always a blast to get together with other amazing songwriters and do what we love to do. This time, we are able to sing our songs for the benefit of these families. I’m hoping as many people as possible from around the country watch and contribute what they can.” – Russell Dickerson.
The last Songwriters Cafe, themed “Women of Country Music”, featuring Allison Veltz Cruz, Tenille Arts, Abby Anderson and Jennifer Denmark with guitarist Briana Tyson, can still be viewed at SongwritersCafe.com.
And closing out the season with a Veteran’s Day special will be Lee Brice, along with Whitney Duncan and Teddy Robb. Mark your calendars for November 11 at 8:00 PM Eastern/7:00 Central. More details to come.
